The Renaissance is the main hotel for the Conference Attendees and is within walking distance of the Music City Center. The Music City Center will host all meetings and events scheduled for DMC and DMSMS. A shuttle service will be available as an alternative to walking, and will be scheduled daily in the mornings and at the evening close of sessions. A detailed list of times will be posted prior to the Conference. This shuttle is specifically for the Conference and will not operate outside the scheduled hours.

Parking: Valet parking is $40 per night plus tax, with unlimited in and out usage. Self-parking is available in the garage across the street and is $13 a day. This does not include in and out privileges. Please note if you leave the garage you will start a new charge. Prices may change without notice.
A limited number of rooms available at the prevailing government per diem rate for single/double occupancy will be honored only for U.S. Government employees travelling with U.S. Government-issued credit cards, or the reservation will be fulfilled at the industry group rate upon check-in. Government contractors and/or retired or non-active military personnel do not qualify for government rate rooms.
