The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is the main hotel for Symposium Attendees and is across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center.
The Phoenix Convention Center will host all meetings and events scheduled for DMC and DMSMS.

Prevailing Government Perdiem at time of meeting may adjust according to the published rates for November-December. To receive the prevailing U.S. government perdiem a valid government photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Symposium Management/Hotel will adjust rate should a corporate individual’s reservation accidentally get booked under the wrong rate. ONLY ACTIVE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PERDIEM RATE.

Pre/Post Convention Rates
The Special Group rates will apply three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the official event dates. This offer is based on availability of guestrooms over the requested arrival/departure dates of each individual guest.
Early Departure Fee
A fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to unscheduled early departures.
Reservations Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel after the 48 hours.
A limited number of rooms available at the prevailing government per diem rate for single/double occupancy will be honored only for U.S. Government employees travelling with U.S. Government-issued credit cards, or the reservation will be fulfilled at the industry group rate upon check-in. Government contractors and/or retired or non-active military personnel do not qualify for government rate rooms.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are contacted by a third party booking agent, these agencies have NOT been contracted by Universal Technology Company to represent the DMSMS Symposium or the Hyatt Regency Phoenix and Renaissance Phoenix. Therefore, if you book with a third party you do so at your own risk; and there is no guarantee that a hotel room will be reserved for you. If you choose to use this method of booking you are agreeing to the booking agency's Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy, not those of the Hyatt Regency Phoenix and Renaissance Phoenix, and you will be subject to the booking agent's terms.
