Keystone specializes in large-scale Additive Manufactured (AM) parts made from titanium, nickel superalloys, stainless steels, and aluminum alloys and has developed low-cost robotic AM systems and methods to produce parts from a few pounds to over 600 pounds of deposited weight. Keystone is actively producing hardware and tooling for large non-critical components for rocket and gas turbine propulsion systems, vessels, ground vehicles, and tooling. Keystone is developing fatigue-enhanced blade reconstructive repair methods for IBR and blisk components for the Air Force and Navy. Keystone also performs 3-D printing of thermoplastics for prototypes and one-off parts. Examples of large-scale AM parts and materials will be at Booth 509.
