Keystone specializes in Additive Manufactured (AM) parts made from titanium, nickel superalloys, steel, and aluminum alloys and has developed low-cost robotic AM systems and methods to produce parts from a few pounds to over 600 pounds of deposited weight. Keystone has developed add-on closed-loop process controls for build height control, thermal management control, and in-process monitoring of melt pool characteristics during additive manufacturing operations. Keystone is producing hardware and tooling with an emphasis on large non-critical components for airframes, propulsion systems, vessels, ground vehicles, and tooling and for the reconstructive repair of components and tooling. Keystone also provides the service of 3-D printing of thermoplastics for prototypes and one-off parts. Visit Keystone at Booth 317 to see samples of AM parts.
