# 634
Keystone is featuring Additive Manufactured (AM) parts made from titanium, nickel superalloys, steel, and aluminum alloys and has developed low-cost robotic AM methods to produce parts from a few pounds to over 600 pounds of deposited weight. Keystone makes parts for turbine engine and airframe applications, large non-critical components, reconstructive repair of components and tooling, and complex layup tools for composites. Keystone also provides the service of 3-D printing of thermoplastics for prototypes and one-off parts. Keystone has developed Thermal Stir and Friction Stir Welding for titanium and nickel based alloys and recently produced the largest titanium FSW assembly for a ship deck. Keystone will have samples of AM parts and titanium FSW at booth 634.
