Call for Abstracts - Special Notice

Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will be requested to submit final presentation materials to UTC by November 8, 2013. Presentations should be public releasable and not marked with any company proprietary limitations. Final presentations must be submitted in electronic format via the DMSMS website using the Microsoft Office family of applications, (PowerPoint format is preferred). Minor revisions submitted after that date will be considered but will not be included in the conference materials. This will facilitate the preparation of conference proceedings, which will be posted on the conference website. Once you receive an acceptance letter, you will be provided with additional instructions for your presentation preparation and additional information for speakers.
