Sciperio and the University of South Florida are advancing 3D printed RF structures. Using nScrypt 3Dn series tools for direct printing of structural and electrical materials on a single platform, next generation integrated RF devices have been digitally manufactured providing more functions per volume and a more rugged product. A number of RF 3D printed devices will be displayed and explained and including the process. 3D printable RF materials and the advantages and disadvantages will also be explained. A number of printed antennas demonstrating flexible and low profile as well as conformal antenna on existing and printed 3D structures have been fabricated and tested. In addition, phase shifters, ring resonators and microstrips have also been printed and tested.
